1-2 books - $12.75 per book plus freight
3-5 books - $11.90 per book plus freight

Returns:

None, unless books are damaged and arrangements are made.

Shipping:

UPS, regular schedule, where available. Otherwise,  US Postal Service.

Terms:

Open Account, 30 days net. (We offer a slight extension to allow paperwork to clear all chanels, but please pay in a timely fashion so we can continue this offer to all libraries. 

Status Form:

Texas Libraries, please send the Tax Exemption Certificate form, available at this site, with your initial order. Others, send whatever form you normally use to verify your library status and qualify for discount purchasing.  The Tax Exemption Certificate may be obtained by following this link.  The file is in PDF format (Adobe Portable Document Format) You will need Adobe Acrobat to open it.

Order Form:

Our library order form is not in a secured site. However, it can be filled in on-line and either sent directly to us via the internet by pressing the "Submit" button, or printed and sent to us by regular mail. Or you can print it and fill it in by hand if privacy is an issue. Your first order must be signed by an authorized person and sent to us by regular mail with the appropriate enclosures. Thereafter, you can order using any of the three options you choose. We will add freight and complete your total at shipping.
