None, unless books are damaged and arrangements are made

Shipping: 

UPS, regular schedule, where available. Otherwise, US Postal service.

Terms:

First Two Order, C.O.D. or Prepay. E-mail us for freight amount if prepaying. Allow 2 – 4 weeks if paying by check. 
Future orders, Open Account, 30 days net, unless you specify otherwise. If open account orders are not paid in a timely fashion,  we will revert to C.O.D. or prepay. 

Resale Certificate:

If you are located in Texas, please send in a copy of the Texas Resale Certificate form provided, with your first order.  You may obtain a resale form by following this link.  The file is in PDF format (Adobe Portable Document Format) You will need Adobe Acrobat to open it. 

Order Form:

Our wholesale order form is not in a secured site. However, it can be filled in on-line and either sent directly to us via the internet by pressing the "Submit" button, or printed and sent to us by regular mail. Or you can print it and fill it in by hand if privacy is an issue. Your first order must be signed by an authorized person in your company and sent to us by regular mail with the appropriate enclosures. Thereafter, you can order using any of the three options you choose. We will add freight and complete your total at shipping.
